camera phone below 10K

friend needs a cellphone for for less than 10K
He needs a cellphone that has a very gud camera...
I suggested him a digicam for 5-6K and a cellphone, but he just wants a camera phone
touch screen can also be opted out

Any suggestions ?

The phones I can suggest with decent camera specs (5 MP or better) are:

1) Nokia X2 - Rs 4275 - Nokia X2 - Full phone specifications

5) Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini - Rs 9372 - Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini - Full phone specifications

Your advice seems to be a better choice in this situation. Because given the budget, it is difficult to find a phone that can also be used as a good camera. Even the phones that cost 15-20k have decent camera while not great. While I use my phone for occasional snaps, I tend to rely on dedicated camera for taking pictures.
