Laptops Can anyone help me in Upgrading my RAM?

I have a Toshiba Satellite A105 S4074 laptop and would like to upgrade its RAM . I already have 512 mb, would like to add 1gb extra.
Specifications of my laptop:-
1.) Motherboard:- Chipset Intel 945GM Express
Bus Speed 533 MHz
2.)Currently RAM is : pc 4200 533mhz DDR2 512mb

I want to know which RAM is supported by my system. In the stores i checked they have Kingston, PNY, Centon(or suggest some better one). Out of these which one should i buy. Also does my system support pc5300 667mhz ddr2 . About the budget its variable so i would like to know about both value RAM as well as performance RAM.
 
There's no use of performance ram in a laptop. You are better off buying the cheapest available 1GB DDR2 533 MHz SODIMM. The system does support 667 but since you already have 512MB 533, its of no use. Also do remember that if you add 1GB to existing 512MB you can't run in Dual channel since the sticks will be mismatched.
