Can Anyone Help Me With The Chrome Extension?

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to say that, I am new to this forum. I have not been able to install any extensions in my computer's Chrome browser for the last few days. Whenever I try to install an extension, Chrome extensions get blocked by the administrator showing this type of message. This is why I am having so much trouble working on Chrome. Guys, I have no idea why this is happening and how to fix this issue. Anyone can help me to solve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
 
Administrator? If its your office system then a local/normal domain user wont be having such permissions/policy enforced on your system. Not to mention installing unknown addons might risk your data and also invade viruses etc.
