If they give you option of choosing another model then i'd suggest you to ask for GA-880GM-USB3L or GA-880GM-USB3,though getting another model is a difficult cause most of the times they will give you what you have given to rma, best luck with that.

One of my friends faced a similar issue with his Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R motherboard [he had this issue that their was a lot of disturbance in the audio out from the rear], he had the motherboard RMA-ed 3 times OR so, on the fourth run I had a talk with the local Bangalore head and told him about the problem we were facing, he resubmitted the board with the local Gigabyte office a few days later he was called to their head-office [Bangalore], not the Accel Service Centre there he was given a GA-X58A UD5P in return.

We were all smiles after this gesture, I suggest you also do the same, contact the head for Bombay sales and distribution and have him pick up the slack.

Hope this helps, a speedy recovery of your motherboard from the service end. Good luck!!
