Intel Original mobos dont support BIOS OC. Sorry dude, software OC is not recommended,

U can grab an el-cheapo G31 Mobo for around 2k if u want to OC at any cost.

So as compaddict says no OC options would be available on your mobo. And if you do want to OC do it with the following ..

1. Gigabyte/Asus - G31 Mobo

2. Aftermarket cooler (Stock coolers are Loud/Poor cooling)

3. A good ventilated Cabby.

If you don't have these don't OC cause you'd only be killing your CPU slowly for just extra bit of juice.

use setfsb and time your ram well.... i did that got from 1.8 to 2.5 ghz on my E4300 but i didnt keep these setting even though they were stable...i use DG965RY mobo from intel

dnt know about E4500 .. i had kingston 800mhz on DG965RY with E4300.... had run E4300 @2.5ghz stable.. thats 700mhz increase :P ..i had to disable the PCI and FSB linkage in bios and had to change RAM from 800mhz to 667mhz..as my mobo had support upto max of 800mhz
