Can I use a single license to install KIS on 2 OS's in a single PC?

Today I bought a KIS2012 1 user 1 year key on eBay.

I have both Windows XP and Windows 7 in my laptop. I primarily use Windows XP but sometimes use the other OS too.
My Question: Can I install KIS with the same license in both the OS's? Or will it create problems if I try to do that?

Found this in the Kaspersky Knowledge Base : Can I use one activation code to activate Kaspersky Lab products installed on different operating systems on one computer?
If you bought one activation code for one computer, it means that you can use it to activate a product on one computer. If you have some operating systems installed on one computer, then you can use one activation code in order to activate copies of a Kaspersky Lab product installed on different operating systems on one computer.

Does it mean I can use a single user license to activate KIS in different OS on the same PC?

AFAIK, yes it is...

it use your computer id,,, if you install on other pc, it will blacklisted...
