Can I use SBI Virtual CC on paypal?

I have to buy some stuff from aliexpress and it doesn't support paypal.
My dad's PNB Global Visa CC doesn't seem to work either.
So the seller suggested me to send money via paypal but it is not working there either.

So now I have a cousin who has SBI netbanking available. I have tried it's virtual CC service before but it didn't work on aliexpress.
I just wanna know if the VCC will work on paypal to send money or does it work on aliexpress now?

Or if any of you who can help me to pay for my items?
But I am sorry I won't be able to pay anything extra. Borrowing some money from my cousin for this purchase so please don't ask for anything extra.

SBI virtual CC doesn't work with aliexpress. I've tried it.
many Indian banks block aliexpress.
HDFC CC and HDFC virtual CC work. I have ordered a few things with HDFC virtual CC.

yeah. Had to finally use Dad's HDFC CC which he has denied me from using.
