yes you can watch TV... you can either get a external TV tuner card.. where you will not have to turn the computer to watch tv... but u won't be able to record any programs... or you can go for a internal TV tuner card... where by the computer will have to be switched on in order for you to watch TV.. you can also record programs to your Hard drive with a internal card... the best company for TV tuner cards is Pinnacle... so you can choose what you want... if u think u will record programs and stuff go for a internal card.. otherwise go for a external card... personally I don't want to "waste" my computer watching TV on it and i don't really record programs so i bought a external tuner...
