Can ipod touch download files from rapidshare?

Hi all, i have a rapidshare premium account and a great wi-fi connection at my hostel.so was wondering if an ipod touch has a downloader app like Internet Download Manager through which i could download files from rapidshare at the maximum possible speed.

You can't download anything from anywhere else except iTunes through your iPod. You can't even send songs, pictures etc. to your iPod without the iTunes. It is something like - you buy an Apple product but the company still owns it.
You can download stuff from utube through some free applications available in iStore.
