It should run, which PSU do you have?

Although X2 are getting old now, but if you want to game at sub 1680 resolutions, should do well.

Ya, get an HD 4770 and an X2 7750+ for 7k+3k. Your mobo should support X2 7750.

Its much improvement over older X2, as it has phenom architecture with L3 cache and has 2.7Ghz.

heard its now sub 3k.

If uou have 3.3k to spare, get the AII X2 240 for 3.3k instead of X2 7750.

Yup, it should support Phenom I and Phenom II. But AII seems to have better vfm than PII for budget pure gaming.

If that 500W PSu y have is a good one, a 4850 + AII 240 [7k+3.3k], will be really great.
