As the title suggests it.Can one play steam games from the same id on different computers not simultaneously though or its illegal. Can they ban the acc if I use it on 2 diff computers..

At least Valve games are allowed to be played on multiple PC's (Not simultanously though). The game license is attached to the STEAM id and not to any perticular computer. So you can safely login with that STEAM Id on another machine, Install the game and start playing.

You can use the same id on a 1000 computers. Nobody will give a damn and it is perfectly legal.

Although, keep one thing in mind, if you login from one computer and forget to logout, and you login from another computer, any of those computers can give you a "UserID steam ticket expired" message anywhere in the game. Although this message comes as soon as you join a server, but it can sometimes pop up in between a game, and if it happens in a scrim (if you know what a scrim is) it pisses the player off.

If this happens, you have to logout and login again to play. :)

So the preferred way to play on two computers is to keep the "Remember my password" unchecked and autostart disabled. Enjoy!! ;)

Thanks for the info.I accidently logged in on two computers at the same time but didnt play any games and logged out soon when i realized this..Thats why i was thinking if they gona banme or not.
