Can Sony Ericsson camera be used as webcam

First of all am sorry if i post this on the wrong section...

I am a proud user of sony ericsson k530i with a 2MP camera.
Now i want to use the camera of the Set as a webcam can this be done..??

I have seen crap chinese set have this feature inbuilt

I have seen a software called Mobiola its trial only never tried does any one tried this on a Sony ericsson

yes I have tried that software with my pocketpc & it worked too well. I would suggest you should go & buy it.

I dont know which OS your phone runs on. but if its on Java, try this

It works gr8, but it takes picture every second from mobile and sends to the computer, Frame Per Second is 0.50 (approx)..

Will it work in SE w810i..?

It sure works on W810i... But the thing is that it is a java version and the software is working on top of a virtual machine which has to access the hardware in a not so direct way.

As mentioned in the thread , it is real slow. I had used it in my way old Nokia 6600 and it had worked perfectly in there, but not in the W810i.
