Can Tata Sky App be installed on Fire Stick or Mi TV ?

My In laws have Tata Sky service at their home and they only use it on TV. Now I have got a second TV at my home and I don't want to get new cable box (current provider is Incable) and instead use streaming on the new TV. I was wanting to use my in-laws account to login and watch TV over internet.

Can we install the Tata Sky app on the fire stick or Mi TV ? Or Tata Sky actively blocks it ? I know I can probably watch on mobile or tablet but not sure of TV. Anyone here is using it that way ? I searched youtube and didn't find any reliable video too.

I know I can install some 3rd party apps that too provide live channels (I use them in US) but those aren't always reliable and want to use something that works all the time.
 
I had tried using AirtelTV app on Firestick. But since the app is intended to use on touch screens, navigation was nearly impossible in TV. I tried even installing 3rd party app for enabling 'cursor' in Firestick and control via mobile app, still wasn't successful. (ie CetusPlay)

Not sure about TataSky app, but might run into same problems.

I have numerous such 3rd party apps installed already. But I was wanting to install Tata sky specifically. But on searching, I found that in some cases one can install but you cannot get full screen.I am no longer bothering with it now.
