can v install/upgrade to MS outlook express 2007 only?

Currently i've MS office 2003 installed.

Plus,after installation will all the settings/mails retain itself?

I dont think there is an Outlook express 2007. But I have upgraded from Outlook express to MS Outlook 2007. I hope you need to install "Windows Mail" first to import the DBX Files and then you have to export from Windows mail to Outlook 2007 easily.
