I guess we have/had auto lock in market section threads. It should be possible elsewhere also, but the admin @Renegade has to enable it.

yeah, would need to enabled. I really think this should be done, or at least bulk lock all threads older than 12 months. With the new requirements for the market section, the old threads are open to abuse for getting the post count up but these posts don't add value to the forum.

And what makes us think that a certain topic becomes useless and unfit for new rounds of discussions and debate after X amount of duration?
