If we start entertaining name change request like that. there will be n number of requests and we can't go about changing it each time and keep track of the same.

This is one of the reasons the name change is done in bulk and at a particular interval.

id like to change mine too...my new will be techboi :P..or is it banned???

^^ It is nowhere close to the truth... what you say. Like CA50 said, u had the choice when you registered. If you screwed up, you cannot blame others for it.

I am looking for a change of username as well but I have common sense to understand that I made a mistake once and the waiting for the change of username is the price of that mistake.

But a true techie finds it difficult to think beyond read-write speeds, isn't it?? ;)
