The deal is...

Past 7-8 days I am not able to access Imageshack. If I go to the URL then get a "problem loading page". If I google the term "imageshack" and click on any link which point to imageshack or related (not wikipedia) then again the same error. Also if I am browsing forums and people have uploaded and embedded imageshack images I see zilch. I just pulled up my NH-D14 review here, and cannot see even one image....!

What is going on..? At office it is fine. I tried my netbook too, same thing. Is my ISP blocking it, or some other issue. Happening on IE/FF/Opera.

Try with some other machine connected to same ISP and see.

Did you also try any alternate browsers ?? Check via Crome, Opera etc.

But the first problem that you said, like you can't access imageshack, no idea, everything is working fine in my side.

Well could not find anything of relevance in thee. My problem is that I cannot even access Imageshack from Google, or typing the URL in the browser.

I mentioned that in my first post...!

Can you open it via its IP address ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting If yes, then its a DNS issue. switch your dns servers.

if still does not work, post the traceroute & ping results
Not being able to open it via the direct IP.

Here is the ping and trace.

yup

i am facing the same problems

if someone pastes some pictures from Imageshack, it keeps showing the "Frog in Ice Cube" Icon

and domain name unregistered on it

if i log iin to Imageshack, then i can see the images in forums

as soon as i log out of Ishack it starts again :(

it's a problem from their end, nothing wrong with your setup i think

I do not even see the frog. How come it is working perfect at my office. I am not able to get to Imageshack site even.

the connection reaches till layer42's router in CA, United States. so your ISP's is not blocking the site. It seems like a routing problem after that because next hop is dropping your packets. so try contacting imageshack with this traceroute.

This is not a problem, and nothing related to what @OP is facing.

Not able to open that link, Gaurish. As I said, anything related to Imageshack is failing.

Krishnandu, I read that thread. Please could you tell me more subjectively what in the thread is relevant to me, or will help me. Could not find any thing.

Can anyone give me a customer service mail ID for Imageshack. Not a link, but the "@" id.

Nothing. I misunderstood your problem and linked you to that thread. Above comment was for funkysourav not for you.

The thing is, imageshack is not allowing to show images on any domain if the domain is not registered. If a user is a registered user he/she can see the images if he's logged in.
