Cannot achieve max speed via Zscaler using Airtel/Jio mobile networks

The company I work for uses Zscaler as VPN
With Fiber, I can extract the max speeds but with Jio/Airtel there are a lot of downtimes... Sometimes it does not even cross 1Mbps
