Cannot change File attributes

I have following:

setup1.box

setup2.box

Win7-P-Retail-en-us-x86.exe

through which i can make an image file.

but cannot make it bcoz it gives me error

i am getting error when i double click exe file

i had made the folder unread as well but it is not working.

i had used command prompt procedure as well but it gives error parameter format - not correct
