Cannot install Flash MX

Tried to install Flash MX. Get the error message

'The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. The rpc server is unavailable.'

But the RPC service is working :S

What do I do now?

Does the system needs to reboot for the install to continue ?

Are you sure the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is started ?

Reboot? No, I get this error after the files are decompressed, before the installation starts.

And I checked in services...it says RPC is started. I even tried starting everything with "remote" in it. However, the RPC service doesn't give me options to stop, or restart.

BTW, I even tried rebooting a few times. Didn't work.

Dont know if this is the right way to do it, try it your own discretion,

go to the "program files\common files\installshield\engine\6\intel32" and double click/run the ikernel.exe manually, and then try the installation.
