Cannot order phone from Samsung site

I've been trying to order a phone from the Samsung site for the past one hour but couldn't. I tried at least half a dozen times with two different cards but always got the message "We are unable to process your order, In-case you’re still interested to buy please click here." Clicking th link calls up a chat window that requires me to enter my email address and phone number. I didn't follow through.

I logged out and logged in again - same result. The first time I tried, it called up the payment gateway OTP page but the payment failed. All subsequent attempts didn't even reach that stage, just gave me the error message above.

Has anyone successfully ordered directly from the Samsung site?
 
Thanks for the reply. I don't use mobile phones much and don't like to use company apps for business. Maybe I'll try later.

The Samsung site is slower and clumsier than I expected, especially for such a giant global company. My opinion of the company has gone down several notches.
