Cannot start a new topic under "Hot Deals & Discussions"

Hi,

I want to initiate an IC thread for the Zenithink ZT-280 Cortex A9 1GHz 512MB 8GB 3G Epad from this seller but I cannot make a post under said forum. I'm new here, please guide.

It comes upto 5k-10k depending on the number of pieces ordered.

The create new topic button is dulled out with "You cannot start a new topic" written on it.

Also I keep seeing this message:

"You can make 3 more posts until 23 February 2012 - 07:03 PM. This restriction is in place until you have 6 more approved posts" when I try to reply to some thread.

How do I get my posts approved?
