I require a program to take screenshot of the screen and save it automatically only when I press a specific button. I searched for a bit and found that Fraps has such a feature inbuilt.
So I downloaded the latest version of Fraps[v3.5.99 build 15618]
The default screen capture hotkey is F10.
But on keeping the program minimized and pressing the hotkey, no screenshots are being saved to the destination folder.
I have tried changing the folder location and also the hotkey. But nothing happens.
If anyone can suggest a program with similar features, I will be very glad.
EDIT: I was watching a video in VLC. I pressed the Fraps hotkey and the screenshot of the video file only was saved. The rest of the desktop was not captured. Seems like Fraps is working only for videos and games
I need it for something else.
