I have a canon a75 digicam with a 512 mb card, i was just wondering if i can put data files in the card using the cam. Is it possible???
 
does ur camera driver allow u to view the cam in my computer ?If yes in all probability u can put files on it.Just drag and drop them.(my Kodak 6200 allows it).
 
Your cam should be detected as an external storage device by WinXP. If so you'll be able to see your mem card as a separate "drive". In that case, dragging and dropping files across should work as Kumar said :)
 
If it is a desperate situation then you can change the extension of the file you want to carry to .JPG or .JPEG and try to fool the camera into thinking that it is a picture file. Once copied back to a PC, you can change back the extension to the original one.

Might work-give it is shot.
 
It gets detected as a camera, cant drag n drop or paste anything. :(

Is there any third party software which can do it???
