there are a lot of shops at fort .. last i heard it was at 25k

42K for 450D. Last week i bought 500D for 45K here.:hap2:
500D has HD video recording ability. However you can check official canon site it shows price as 42K.

body only... and I suggest you buy the body without the kit lens.. the one that comes with it isnt great

^^ You are refering to the 18-55mm non IS kit lens you get with the 1000D. With the 450D the 18-55mm IS kit lens is very sharp for a slow (aperture wise only f4-5.6 compared to f2.8) lens.
