Canon EOS 600D for 34k?

Hello All :)
After extensive search i finally narrowed on Canon EOS 600D (EF-S 18-55IS II & EF-S 55-250IS II) Combo Kit.
The price locally here in Bangalore is 40735 in almost all well know Camera outlets ( Foto circle, Wihzz GK Valve) with extra accessories like ( Tripod, 16gig card, UV Filters ) i don't want these as i already have better accessories with my old D3100 setup. I came across this on Amazon.
How true is this? I've never purchased anything of this value in Online retails. Should i proceed?
Help me out on this.

^ Thanks, saw that already but look at those reviews, Late Delivery,DOA product & also Flipkart or any of those mentioned sellers on flipkart are not present under the Authorized seller List in Canon.co.in
Also recently Nikon kicked Flipkart & Snapdeal from their Authorized sellers list.
