Canon Pixma MP160 Printer Help!

Hello all,
I have this printer Canon Pixma MP160 and the scanner was working absolutely fine but now I am not able to run the scanner and getting below error. Pls check the video and the image.
Pls guide me on how can I fix this. Is this some software problem or the hardware issue.

E22 means problem with cartridge movement. See if anything is obstructing its free movement. Also push the cartridge back to its original position (parking position) and check if it is fixed.

Pls, check the below video. This is what happened when I turned the printer on and this also shows the movement of the cartridge. The numbers in the display screen of the printer also changed and after some time this again turned to E and 5 and E and 5....after I clicked on the scan on my PC software, the numbers changed to E,2..E,2...

Pls guide.
