Can't able to pay via PayPal

Hi guys,

i am facing some problem with my new paypal account.. or might be my this could be my ignorance on not be able to understand/configure PayPal to make it work for me.hence posting my experince here.

expecting some help/advice.

till date i could not able to complete even a single transaction via my new PayPal account.

despite verifying my account and card twice..

i have linked my (master card) axis bank India debit card (verified my debit card and bank account both twice) with PayPal.

all the transactions i have mentioned below, seller does not require a PayPal verified address to buy or to do a transaction.

24th may > first tried on eBay.com for my verified India address for a around $1.2 purchase .. it showed me some error ..

29th may 11:30 IST > second attempt on try to buy a mobile on eBay.com again for shopandship US shipping address, it again showed me some error "PayPal is facing some difficulty at this moment pls try later"

29th may 13:30 IST third attempt tried to purchase some hard-disk enclosure from eBay.com on my India address this time i have unlinked my PayPal verified address, i thought may be it's causing error. but again it showed me some error stating " PayPal is facing some difficulty to process your request"

and even after sending three mails to PayPal.. till date i have not received a single reply.

can someone pls explain this...
 
try making a small purchase on dealextreme.com or focalprice.com, somethiing 1-2$ if that goes through your pp account is fine, if not its your account related issue.

what do you mean by this, please elaborate.

Mean while I have also posted my query on PayPal community forum, and surprised to find that for last few days even US users are facing the same isuue.

Also I have received the reply from PayPal CC, they say nothing wrong with your account. see below.

Oky tried on dealextreame for a $.78 / Rs.38 transaction. .. got this

but i just had $1.95 in my PayPal account which they have credited back after varifying my account.
should I try again after widrawing this into my bank account so that technically PayPal has to widraw money directly from my account. and it wont be considered using my PayPal balance.

ok, I tried to widraw the remaining $1.95 from my PayPal account to my bank account. but you have minimum limit of $10 to widraw money. until that I can't use my PayPal linked with my debit card... humm...
 
^^You cannot pay from your PayPal balance! All payments have to be done through your added/verified Credit-Card!
 
There is a simple workaround for these eBay errors,

"PayPal is facing some difficulty at this moment pls try later"

For making the payment instead of ebay.com, use ebay.co.uk. You should be able to make the payment for sure.. I have faced this issue many times..
 
oky guys, this time I have also marked a copy of my mail to @cfo PayPal, @ceoebay and few other super senior officials, lets see what happens.
I will keep you guys posted on development.

in the meanwhile let me know if someone has successfuly done a purchase on eBay.com via his PayPal account linked to a indian debit MasterCard.

that might help me to get this resolved for me and for host of other guys like me.
 
oky you mean to say that I search the item from eBay UK and then pay from there right..?, oky I will try that but first I will wait for PayPal mail as I have already have a case on me from eBay for non payment of items, can't afford to open another case, if this also fails... :|
