Can't Access Yahoo Or Rediff !

I am unable to acess yahoo or rediff from my computer It shows this page for both sites. Though none of the links are clickable & if I disable noscript then I get Ad. Popups from various sites.



I have KIS 2012 on the machine. Tried it on both Firefox & IE but I am not able to access the sites. What could be the problem.



Also Full Scan with KIS 2012 gave nothing...

had the same problem .

I am on mtnl and resetting my Sterlite router did the trick .

Also tried it on my Uncle's Connection , worked liked a charm too

I'm using D-Link DSL-2520U. Let me check it with Beetel 220BX...

Nah even with Beetel 220BX I am getting same problem

I deleted the "etc" folder located in

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"

It has a file named "hosts" & few other files which contains the domain for various sites. With Beetel 220BX I am now able to open the sites. But if I connect D-Link MODEM then again I cannot access the sites....

I guess if I reset the MODEM (D-Link) then these sites would be accessible from D-Link MODEM as well...

Will chek it tomorrow...
