Can't install NFS MW demo!

I get a message saying DirectX 9.0c needs to be installed. It is installed! I even installed the directx that came in the demo package. Still I get the same error message. What do I do? :mad:
 
extract the 0compressed.zip or some other filename like that. its 539mb & run the speeddemo.exe. it will work. thx to funky for the info.
 
Awesome! Thats the only word for this game. Thanks guys, the trick worked. I played a track and immediately got back here. Though it seems like I will have to buy a new system just to be able to play this game!
 
Bah.. i cant even download.. From everywhere i download.. the connections are full.. farking pathetic.. My fnrd downloading ... so hell give me tomoro morning....

Go to http://www.filemirrors.com. You will find something like 50 links to download the demo from. Downloading via http or ftp servers will be faster than torrents.
 
torrents...or ausgamers.com....though u need to linit ur download manager to make only 2 connection to dload from ausgamers..
