just recently i received fliers from this ISP. a quick web-search told that they aren't new. however, couldn't find any user-feedback online. the annual-rates of their plans are quite cheaper than those of the ISP am presently subscribed to (dolphin infonet/HNS). wanted to know if anybody knows about this ISP here.
