Hello guys am using alliance broadband service in my locality and am totally dissatisfied with the service they give. I am getting low upload speeds so I complained .An engineer came from the local zone and asked me what was my download speed , he checked the ping to the DNS server then said its not possible that you get the promised download speeds and bad upload speeds. He refused to check the speed even .So immediately after he left I called up alliance customer care and they again asked the local hub to send engineers to my home. Again they came with a laptop this time checked everything and said that the problem persists and that its not the problem of the local zone provider . So this time acting a little smarter I called up the CC in their presence and heard the whole talk on the loudspeaker . And lastly it was concluded that the engineer will come from the main office the next day. The next day is today . I have waited the whole morning , now when I call up the CC they say sir no complain has been lodged . And this is not the first time am suffering from such bad CC . And to my surprise they keep me on hold then returned saying "Sir , your local hub has been informed and if the engineer likes he might come today ".. I mean what the??!! "IF HE LIKES" ..... So after a lot of dissatisfaction I want to complain the problem to higher authority , So can anyone guide me on how to do it?
