Hey cool!

So what kind of case are you planning to use with it? Where would it be installed -- Back Seat/Boot?

It would be interesting to see the whole process of installation etc. Do click pictures of all the steps.

I have a question slightly OT

decided on the front end?

The UI is the most critical part in a Car PC since you really don't want to take your eyes off the road to tackle a bad UI

I tried roadrunner for some time but the bad usability on most skins finally made me switch to centrafuse, and have been a happy camper ever since

What about the power requirements? what is going to replace the UPS?

I find it a bit risky, like sometimes when your start the car, the music system restarts... if that happens with this PC.. then --> :bye2:

You guys should check out DIY Section on Team-BHP. Lots people have done this.

@superczar. Yes i am gonna use centrafuse. very attractive and responsive shell.

I might need your help in installation. will PM you once I get my rest stuffs.

Yes it should do :)

Your PSU has 3A on the +12V line (36W), 6A on the +5V line (30W).

About ~25W for the board/proc (mostly off the +12V line).

~5W for your DDR2, ~5W for the HDD, ~5W for all your USB devices - all off the +5V line.
