Case fans and AIO from different manufacturers?

If I get a case with built in fans [Antec], and decide to go with a NZXT or Corsair or Arctic AIO, can I get the LEDs to match? What software controls the rgbs?

Motherboard software controls the leds. Different mobos come with different names like MSI Mystic Light, ASRock Polychrome SYNC, Asus Aura Sync and Gigabyte RGB Fusion. Then standalone RGB software are there like Open RGB, Signal RGB & Corsair iCUE.

Thanks. So planning a Arctic Frezer 3 with a case with Antec fans. MB will get all lights working together then I guess.
