41-50k Casual Gaming + Great Multitasking

I already have a PS4 and Xbox One, but I miss gaming with Keyboard and Mouse. Also, want to play games occasionally on my 4K TV and mostly on a 1080p monitor. I don't care about the FPS/Ultra setting much (Console gamer ) but won't mind a 60 FPS output, also I want the system to be compatible with all games at least till 2022.

Apart from gaming requirement, I would want my PC to be able to do 4k editing/rendering for my iPhone X videos (home purpose).

I already took care of SSD (500 GB), KB-Mouse, and Case (Deepcool E Shield), separately. Here is what the mentioned budget is for,

1. CPU
2. Motherboard
3. RAM
4. GPU
5. PSU

Please suggest.

1. CPU - Ryzen 5 2400 at about 12k
   
2. Motherboard - Gigabyte B450 Aorus Wifi at 12k again
3. RAM - Corsair or whatever - 16GB - 14k or so.
   
4. GPU - With the Ryzen you can skip this of medium level gaming (it already comes with a decent one built in)
   
5. PSU - Any decent Corsair, Antec, or CoolerMaster at about 8K

Cost would be 46k.

Though Ryzen 2400G has got decent GPU which is capable of GT1030 level. 1080p 30fps seems too much asking for that.

Also to note, next gen Ryzen are around corner with rumored IPC gain of 15%

I am holding my purchase for 1-2 months, but the things is price-to-performance ratio seems to be on 1700's side ... Rs. 16,500 vs 25,000
