Due to major issues raised by customers who brought laps from overseas, failed to get in warranty support from India, many lp vendors in India started to sell laptops with 1 year local warranty Only.
Toshiba India started the same few days ago on all their models except 2 portege models !!!
there were huge issues raised by end users regarding warranty rejection of internationally purchased laps from HP, Compaq, MSI,Lenovo,Fujitsu,Toshiba,Aleinware etc.
So all customers plz double check the same from the official website, and not from the dealer invoice !!!
But in spite all these issues ,there is no official confirmations on any vendors regarding the rejection of ITW (international Trveller's wattanty) laptops in India these days !!!!
Many people lost huge money, many still need to take a passport to repair their laps !!!
