Which is the best software, that creates highly customizables CD Menus?

The menus that pop up when a CD is inserted in the drive...

Autoplay, well, never used it. But i think CDMenu is better. tho cd intros will look somewhat like apps but i think it is meant for a diff purpose than Autoplay menu studio, more *job* oriented and less visual. and you can use your imagination and make some creative designs with the resources available. i have :)
