CDs in Palika?

Are there CDs available in Palika, Delhi? Heard from friends that they are very cheap there.

What price per game can I expect if buying from there and any shop recommendations?

I might be forwarding these CDs to my friend so it should run, nothing like buying a blank CD/DVD or the corrupt ones.

Highly probable that you would need to go back:

1. The CD will have something else.

2. It might not run.

3. Will be blank.

4. Will have an incomplete archive. Usually is a scene release archive. (You can get the rest of the web).

Net net, useless.
