Certain websites won't open. Help!

Hey guys!

First things first, don't advise me to change the DNS, use Google/Open/etc etc DNS coz I've done everything I know regarding DNS.

I'm using MTNL 1Mbps plan in Delhi and this problem surfaced day before yesterday after I changed my CPU (i know its strange but still)

I cannot surf all the websites. Facebook won't move beyond the login page and I've tried every holy DNS available. When I enter my username and password, its shows conncecting to login.facebook.xxxxx and then after sometime it gives up. And for that matter, Gmail is not loading up even using google DNS =/

I talked to the customer care guy and he said he had the same problem 1 month back and had to reinstall OS to surf 'em b**ches again. He said "Your OS is corrupt." Well I don't know much about this thing being true, so...

Please add to my knowledge and help me in getting a solution for this.

I had the same problem as yours and the CC guys of airtel had the same corrupt OS shit to me.It was when i got angry and i threatened to disconnect then they rectified my problem
