Working hours are 10:00 to 17:00 hrs and usually our products are shipped by 1800 hrs. Shipping is done by Aramex, we would provide you with tracking number after the product has been shipped. If Aramex service is not available or you want a different we would expect you to kindly mention your choice of courier (the difference of courier services would be borne by you)
The reason for updating these on a thread is so that we do not have to PM individuals with these details and repeat work can be avoided. Pro Audio Home New Website: We have been working for last 3 months on website called The Audio Megastore. We would shortly integrate the payment gateway on this(the process is already on), so that you can have no hasstle payment. The website would cater to Home Audio and Pro Audio users alike.

Forum support would be provided at Pristine Note Forums . We would like your input about the forum too.
Signature Acoustics: We have been working on Signature Acoustics for last almost about a year and half. Some of these are on final trial stage. Some of them have already finished trials. We would like your feedback on these products too. The website for Signature Acoustics would shortly be updated.
Review samples for Signature Acoustics would soon be available in TE too.
Finally if there are routine questions you may visit Pristine Note Forum, you would be updated about your query. We expect our new member to be fully versed with TE forums in another 10 days.
