Change the MMS-size limit (K750i, W800)??

On my W800 (upgraded K750i) there is a size limit för MMS at 100KB. My friend that has a exactly same phone but another mobile operator can send MMS up to 300KB. I have talked to both SonyEricsson and my mobile operator (swedish Telia), but none of them could help me... :S
But Telia said that they allow MMS up to 300KB, so it would be a setting on the phone that is needed.

Does anyone know if I can edit the MMS-size limit in my phone?
I did find this doc:

It seems to explain some thing about where to edit this...but I cant really understand.
Someone, please help me!!
 
Think there is a standard size defined for mms by the phone operators/makers
Maybe the other mobile operator that you are talking about offers customized firmware to enable larger size mms messages
