Change XP logon screen

This may sound a bit oldish n noobish but I still use XP alongwith 7. I forgot how to change/customize/ replace the boring default blue XP Logon screen with something new or make our own instead.
I downloaded LogonStudio but it just changes the background images while the blue mouse-over image roll over the accounts remains the same blue one which i want to make transparent.

From where can i get good quality Logon themes with tons of options to choose from?? I have many cool image which i would like to experiment with but sadly using LogonStudio I'm able to change the bg image but not bale to make the rest blue stuff transparent.

This is what i want to make transparent...refer pic..i want the aqua area and the red area to edit which i'm unable to find in logonui.exe
Can somebody give me the specific path to these bitmaps in logonui.exe so that i wont screw my logon screen and the OS?
