changing BSNL Data-One plans

any one know how to change the B$NL-data one plans.. imean is there any way i can shift the connection aplying online or i have to go to their office for applying ????
i have 250 bucks plan and will change to home-500

If you book this Plan with Intial offer by BSNL than you can not upgrade?
