Changing Country in Paypal ??

I need to order something online and the payment option there is Paypal. Now i do have a paypal account but in that my ICICI credit card is linked and country set as India. Now i can add new addresses on paypal but it does not allow changing the country :no:

In this case it is not possible for me to order the stuff as although i can change the address to a local one here but the country still remains India.

What is the workaround ?
 
I had called them regarding the SAME issue. They said to close down the account first and then open a new account using same email ID in the new country. This way you don't have to update your friends/contact regarding the change in your paypal email address. :)
 
Yes, I felt the same issue, when I wanted to buy something from a US website. Guess what ! Create two accounts. One for India and another for US. Get your address verified and you are done :)
 
I directly contacted the vendor and told them about this. They suggested me to send them an email with my current shipping address after i make the payment. I did that and things are sorted for now.
