I received following message today at 1:41 am.
I immediately called customer care and talked to some n00b only to be told that it's a common problem,we are working on it,I don't have details right now,call after 4 hours... blah blah blah...
While talking to him I also received this message as I had chosen option to receive details of last 5 transactions:
Now, I've been trying since morning to call CC and talk to somebody but apparently all of their representatives are busy.
What should I do? Wait till midnight so I might talk to them? Go to Docomo gallery(I don't want to as there isn't one nearby. I'll have to go there tomorrow while going to or coming from college) and demand refund?
A Google search revealed I am not only one facing this problem.
