Android Charger advice required

Just bought a new Samsung F14.
It supports 25W charging but samsung doesnt provide a charger in the box.

The 25W charger costs 1200 which is around 10 percent of the phones cost.
Since this phone is going to be used by my father, i dont really wanna spend extra on a charger.
We already have a qualcom quick charger 18W (9V x 2A) and a poco 22.5W(10v x 2.2A/12V x 1.87A) charger .
My question is, will the 22.5W charger charge f14 at 22W or will it go down to 15 or 18W.

I have no idea about the pds or pdo ratings that is on the samsung charger.
Attaching the specs below

Also will a 33W samsung or poco charger work?
UPDATE- the 22W charger is charging at 0.5 % per minute while the device is switched on with aeroplane mode on idle ,F.

Both QC & poco chargers should charge it fast enough, not as fast as the Samsung 25W, but still.

Moving from a Xiaomi 18W charger to Samsung 25W for my S20FE improved charge times by 25-30mins. It takes about 1hr for 10-100% now, used to be closer to 1.5hrs earlier.

Do note that phones charge faster till 80%, then charging speed starts reducing. I feel its even faster till 60%.

Thats weird, i tried using it from my poco 22w charger which also supports 18w Qc.
I drained the battery to 0 and then connected the poco charger, after 30 mins i got around 27 percent charge.
Then i switched the phone on and got around 20 percent more upto 46 percent in the next 40 mins.

Looks like i will have to do another test tomorrow.

For this model, since the battery is 6000mah, its supposed to charge from 0 to 100 at about 1hr 45mins to 2 hrs.

Strange, do check with the 18W charger as well. IMO it should add 50% within an hour from 10% considering the speed I got with my old Xiaomi charger on S20FE.

thats because samsung uses different voltage and amps than most other androids.
for example, most 18 watt chargers are 9V 2A, but samsung uses 9V 1.67 for 15 watt.

If i plug any samsung charger to my redmi note 9 or ROG 2, it either charges slow or says not compatible/recognised.

your best option is to get charger made for samsung, there are many cheaper ones on amazon

Posting this here for future reference.
Looks like 33w mi sonic may also be supported by samsung devices.

Decided to get the amazonbasics 33w as it is going for 1k currently and supports both qc3.0 /pd3.0 along with type c and type a cable.

Got the 33w amazon basics charger.
Smallest charger i have ever used .
Phone is charging fine now.
Do note that the cable provided by samsung doesnt fit that well, it moves like a loose tooth upon shaking and thus even a slight adjustment can cause the phone to stop charging .
This issue is exclusive with samsung cable

Hello awestorr How is 33W amazon basics charger performing?
I too bought F14 for my father and buying POCO 22.5 W charger
should I buy Amazon basics 33W charger instead?
