Charging Sanyo Eneloop Batteries

A friend wants to borrow a couple of my Sanyo Eneloop batteries for a month. Can he charge them using a normal rechargeable battery charger(uniross charger)?

Yes, most certainly he can. I have myself charged my Eneloop batteries on various other chargers apart from the regular Sanyo charger.

^^^thanks! won't there be any noticeable drop in the battery life of these LSD (low self discharge batteries) batteries on using a standard charger?

Nopes, i havent found any drop in battery life, and anyhow chargers just specify the charging current, isnt it? I really dont think that chargers are made differently for Eneloops or similar batteries
