Cheap cell phone unlock shop in Delhi

I just received a batch of SE & Nokia dumb phones that are locked to a couple of European providers and thus need to get them unlocked. I inquired at a shop around here and the guy is asking for 700 per unlock which is just too much.

Does anyone know of a shop in or around Delhi that can do it immediately for cheap?

Err that's for old DCT3/DCT4 phones. Phones like the 6600 Slide, 6210Navigator etc aren't listed.

I know there's a free way to unlock SE dumb phones but I just don't have enough time on my hands. Plus, I'd hate to brick them and then hunt for the MBN files.
 
simply go to gaffar market,karol bagh, shops there unlock all phones.they charge anything between rs1000 for iphone/ bb or 100 for dumb phones,
