0-10K Cheap dual sim phone needed. Should be able to use Micro/Nano SIM Adapters

I am deliberately not filling the template here. Requirement is to buy a cheap (cheapest) Dual SIM mobile phone in which I can easily use MicroSIM and NanoSIM (with adapters).
Since I want to use Micro/Nano SIM adapters, I don't want any phone where SIM goes inside the phone somewhere and becomes invisible. Because that may cause the SIM tray to be stuck or something like that problem can come. Not sure if I was able to explain this part properly.
Brand is not a concern.
Also I believe dual sim dual standby should be fine. I just want the 2 SIM cards I insert to be connected to a network and receive SMS etc.
Second hand is also fine if someone here is wanting to sell.

Dumb phone will do. Cheapest option to use 2 Sims with their respective adapters. I just want the 2 SIMs to be latched to some network all the time (both at the same time).
Dual Active is not really needed I guess. Dual standby should do fine.

Its not the cheapest, but most reliable.
Cheapest can be found in local markets for close to 500Rs.
But you can never trust those pieces.
