Cheap RIG for 20k

My friend is buying a budget rig within 20 - 22k
I've made a suggestion to him as follows:
Cpu - athlon 240 - 2.8k
Mobo - [help needed here]
Gpu - hd4650[512mb] - 3k
Ram - 2gb ddr2 transcend - 2.2k
Monitor - Benq 2020 HD - 6.5k
Case - Zebronics Bijli[with psu] -1.8k
HDisk - WD 320gb -2k
He already has a dvd writer,keyboard,mouse,speakers & 600va ups.This leaves around 3k for mobo[not looking for 785g].

Is this rig fine?And please suggest a mobo?

Get a Gigabyte or Asus 740G Mb for 2.8K
You could get a biostar 785G board too for around 3.2k but not sure how reliable they are. Some of the ohter members will be able to help u with that.
Also instead of 320GB go for 500GB WD for 2.3k

u can buy nvidea chipset(6100) board around Rs.2000 to Rs.2300.(gigabyte,msi or asus only)these boards r with ht1.0 as u mention u r going for 4650 so this is not an issue.

there is a another option for u Ati 5570(4.7k) instead 4650.u saved 1000 buying this type of board +add 700 and u get directx11 entry level GF card.

but imo u should go for 785g. ECS board avalilable at Rs.3000 around(Lynx-india).

@vip & sumit05,Thanks for your suggestions.If this guy had told his budget was 25k,I would have surely suggested a rig with athlon x4 635.But this guy is quite stingy and feels that he's wants to use the system only for movies and surfing and very less gaming.

why not I ask him to shift to intel and get a pentium e5400 and a gigabyte g31 so that the mobo comes for cheap?
